As a business, we provide a sustainable repair solution for domestic appliance issues through the provision of spare parts

 

Established in 2006 we began our journey as an appliance repair service partner to many well known global brands such as Samsung electronics, LG and Whirlpool.

 

Prior to our resignation from the in warranty repair network we were the leading authorised Samsung agent in KPI statistics in the UK.

 

From this experience we built a wealth of composite knowledge giving us the leading edge over many of our competitors.

In 2022, 90% of our service business is within the private sector.

In 2023 significant changes have been implemented. We aim to focus entirely within the online spare parts retail space. Our goal is to build on our already existing customer base within the UK and scale up our operation going forward.
